Please set the skip forward key as “Previous Track” under Multimedia key function group and skip backward key as “Next Track” under Multimedia key using the remote configuration program to enable this function for HDPLEX Internal MCE IR with remote under MCE.
Or you could import the updated factory.bin file on my site.
