H3.S 80W IEC - where does ground wire go??

I'm assembling my H3.S, and have the 80W fanless power supply. The IEC receptacle has the three-wire connector that goes to the PSU itself. It also has a separate ground wire the instructions say to attach to the bottom plate.

Bottom plate of what - the chassis? I don't see a screw hole to screw it into.

Where does the ground wire go??
